Tina Rodriguez serves as the Director of Wellery Farms Animal Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and caring for animals in need. With over a decade of experience in office and operations management, Tina brings strong organizational skills and a deep passion for animal welfare to her role. Tina’s deep compassion for animals and her commitment to community service led her to help establish and grow Wellery Farms into a safe haven for animals of all kinds. She manages all aspects of the sanctuary’s operations—from animal care and volunteer coordination to fundraising and long-term planning.

In addition to leading the sanctuary, Tina continues to serve as Executive Administrator at York Developments, where she has been a vital team member since 2013. Her ability to manage people, projects, and logistics plays a key role in both organizations.
