Lars Losee joined York Developments in 2021 after receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. As a 3rd-generation family member of York Developments, Lars’ role is essential in identifying and executing growth opportunities, optimizing assets and fostering key partnerships to drive the expansion of York’s development portfolio and enhance the company’s long-term success. Lars’ responsibility is to cultivate relationships with investors, financial institutions, government agencies and industry partners to create new funding and investment opportunities to ensure long-term value creation for all stakeholders involved in a York Development.

In regards to The Wellery, Lars brings his passion for land and landscapes. He is currently leading the enhancements of the existing vegetable garden, the orchard and will be instrumental in the planning and implementation of the master native landscape and hardscape plan across the 175-acre farm, creating restorative and healing outdoor spaces. In addition, Lars is helping to shape potential off-site experiences for patients in our recovery community – offering opportunities for connection, growth and purpose beyond the boundaries of the farm.
