Katie Losee serves as a Development Manager for newly-created York Development ventures and has been with the company since 2020. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Managerial Finance and a minor in Mathematics. Katie’s responsibilities include the detailed project management of the entire development process from site selection, planning, design, permitting, construction and marketing. With her keen attention to detail and her pervasive entrepreneurial spirit, Katie is a hands-on, strategic leader who delivers excellence in all aspects of the Development process. She obtained her Tennessee Real Estate License in 2020 and enjoys working with other Agents and Brokers in the initial site acquisition process, a critical first step for all York ventures.

As a founding team member of York Developments’ new behavioral health platform, The Wellery, Katie has played a key role in securing the entitlements for the proposed residential treatment center, Wellery Farms, by coordinating community outreach and engaging directly with local officials to build trust and support for the wellness and recovery community. Katie also has been instrumental in the overall design of the buildings at The Wellery to create safe spaces for people to heal. In addition, she has helped lead the launch of a series of new restorative wellness and mindfulness workshops at the farm called Wellery Workshops.
