Ella Losee joined York Developments as a Development Associate in 2024 after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Markets and Culture and minors in Business and Chinese. As a third-generation member of the York family, she brings both a strong sense of legacy and a forward-thinking perspective to the company’s growing portfolio.

Ella is actively deepening her expertise in commercial real estate through pursuit of the prestigious CCIM designation. Within York Developments, she has played a key role in the formation and launch of York Hospitality, a newly established division focused on developing extended-stay hotels under Wyndham’s ECHO Suites brand. The first ECHO project has officially broken ground in Bozeman, Montana, where Ella is leading efforts related to pre-opening and operational setup. She has also participated in Wyndham’s Developer Conferences, contributing to strategic planning for the rollout of additional ECHO hotels across the Mountain West region.

Ella Losee plays a supporting role in the creative development of Wellery, contributing to the design, branding, and overall guest experience to help ensure the space reflects its mission of healing through nature, dignity, and community. With experience working on hospitality and design-focused projects, a deep personal connection to the vision, and a growing interest in integrative health and body-based healing, she brings a thoughtful perspective to how spaces can nurture well-being. Her contributions help shape an environment where people feel truly supported on their path to recovery.
