Casey Tippens joined York Developments in 2003 as a Project Manager and licensed real estate agent in Florida. With deep experience as a project principal across multiple asset types nationwide, Casey oversees the full life cycle of investments—from site selection and market analysis to financial modeling, entitlements, design, permitting, capital structuring, and construction.

For over 15 years, Casey played a key role in the growth of York’s Spacebox Storage brand and development platform. Today, he leads new investment initiatives across the Mountain West, including North Loop—a transformative 250-acre, rail-served industrial park in Bozeman, Montana, which is expanding rail service to the region for the first time in over a century. Casey also has recently managed the entire development process of a new Wyndham ECHO extended stay hotel that has broken ground in Bozeman, Montana under York Developments’ new York Hospitality division.

Together with his wife, Paige York, Casey has also co-founded OX, a next-generation real estate development platform focused on solving the housing crisis through scalable, sustainable solutions. By integrating Mass Timber – a renewable, low-carbon material – with the speed and efficiency of industrialized construction, OX will redefine what’s possible for affordable, high-quality real estate in local communities.

Now, with The Wellery, Casey is helping to reimagine behavioral healthcare delivery – pairing clinical excellence with restorative, nature-based experiences. Casey looks forward to guiding the long-term vision of The Wellery as a place of dignity, hope and renewal for individuals and families on the path to recovery.
