Brewer Hughes joined York Developments as a Financial Analyst in 2024 after receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. Brewer plays a key role in conducting the financial analysis for investment decisions on all new development deals. He is also instrumental in monitoring and assessing capital markets, debt financing options and interest rate trends to optimize financing options. Prior to York Developments, Brewer worked with two private equity firms in the Dallas area performing underwriting, financial modeling, and in-depth analysis for assets totaling more than $4 billion. Brewer has worked on real estate deals in over 15 markets across the United States. Through his education and work experience, Brewer is able to help facilitate the life-cycle of deals from acquisition to disposition for all York ventures.

For The Wellery, Brewer is playing a key role in shaping the financial foundation for York Development’s new behavioral healthcare platform. He is spearheading the development of the financial models and pro forma, working closely with seasoned industry financial experts. Brewer’s analytical insight and strategic approach are helping ensure that The Wellery is built on a sustainable, scalable and mission-aligned financial framework.
