Abby graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Psychology degree. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University in New Orleans. Abby is currently a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor.

Passionate about helping others, she believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where her clients can feel supported as they work towards personal growth and healing.Abby has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, and dysfunctional family systems.

In Abby’s spare time she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with family and her Yorkie named Bee.
